Theatre Director from Nordisk Teaterlaboratorium (NTL), Per Kap Bech Jensen, to visit China, old friends and a talk hosted by the Danish Culture Institute China

Odin Teatret was founded in 1964 in Oslo, Norway. In 1966 the theater moved to Holstebro and changed its name to Nordisk Teaterlaboratorium - Odin Teatret. Its approx. 30 employees today come from 11 different countries and four continents.
The laboratory's activities include:
Children's theatre, music and dance, guest performances, parades, festivals, local and international tours as well as workshops, drama pedagogy, research and residency by both researchers and actors.

Er en festuge en lillebitte sten, der slår smut på et blikstille hav, eller er det en bøje, der trods det bitre vejr holder skansen i et oprørt hav? Det er naturligvis det sidste. Holstebro Festuge er et pejlemærke i et fantastisk kulturhav i Holstebro, i Danmark, hvor stærke strømninger, internationale vinde og lokalforankring udgør kernen i en fortælling om viljen til at stå sammen og skabe.

Disse er nogle af Nordisk Teaterlaboratoriums ingredienser i den forestående festuge i Holstebro. Festugen starter med en spektakulær åbning, som inkluderer parade og forestilling på det lokale fodboldstadion, med deltagelse af både udenlandske artister, lokale foreninger, musikere, sportsudøvere og ikke mindst Holstebros borgmester H.C Østerby. Men åbningen er kun en af de ca. 100 events som sammenskabes af Nordisk Teaterlaboratorium under dette års festuge.
