Mogens Rüdiger to continue as CEO of Kongskilde Industries
The Board of Kongskilde Industries is pleased to announce that Mogens Rüdiger will continue as CEO for Kongskilde Industries.
Mogens Rüdiger was appointed interim CEO in January 2016 and has since gained significant insight into Kongskilde’s operations and business, both as CEO and through his valuable contribution as a key player in completing the recent divestment of Kongskilde’s agricultural machinery division.
Mogens Rüdiger comes to the position with leadership skills gained through a strong track record as successful CEO, along with considerable experience from restructuring several major companies – all of which makes him an outstanding candidate for the position.
“Throughout his career, Mogens Rüdiger has demonstrated the ability to work successfully in different environments, designing and leading strategies which resulted in high value creation. We look forward to our continued positive cooperation in strengthening and further developing the Industry and Grain activities of Kongskilde Industries,” says Kim Balle, Chairman of Kongskilde Industries and COO of the DLG Group, which owns Kongskilde Industries.
Mogens Rüdiger will furthermore continue to have full responsibility of Kongskilde Agro until New Holland will resume ownership within the coming months.
“I am pleased that DLG and Kongskilde’s Board of Directors have trusted me this exciting opportunity, and I am looking forward to continue my cooperation with the skilled and dedicated colleagues in Kongskilde”, says Mogens Rüdiger.
