After 16 years with Columbus, David Moodie steps into the role of Vice President, Dynamics 365 UK, where he will lead the continued growth and development of Columbus’ Dynamics 365 business in the UK.
Columbus is pleased to announce the promotion of David Moodie to Vice President, Dynamics 365 UK, effective 1 September 2026.
David joined Columbus 16 years ago as a Business Consultant and has since held anumber of leadership roles within the organisation. Most recently, he has served as the UK Dynamics 365 Director, where he has played a key role in developing the business, strengthening customer relationships and building high-performing teams.
In his new role, David will have overall responsibility for Columbus’ Dynamics 365 business in the UK, with a focus on continued growth, customer value and developing the capabilities and people needed to support customers through the next phase of digital transformation.
“I am super happy that David has accepted the role as Vice President, with responsibility for growing our UK Dynamics business. David has a strong track record of succeeding, both when it comes to delivering value for our customers and developing our business and our people. He is a stellar match for what we need to continue our exciting journey in the UK,” says Kasper Søndergaard Andersen, SVP Dynamics 365 at Columbus.
The appointment comes at a time when organisations are increasingly looking beyond traditional ERP transformation and towards more intelligent, connected and AI-enabled ways of working. For Columbus, this represents an important opportunity to combine its deep Dynamics 365 expertise with capabilities in data and AI.
“Columbus brings together deep industry knowledge, strong Dynamics expertise and talented people who understand our customers. My focus is building on those strengths by embedding AI into how we work and what we deliver. That means faster time to value and measurable business results for our customers. I am incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported and challenged me along the way,” says David Moodie, Vice President, Dynamics 365 UK at Columbus.
David’s long tenure with Columbus gives him a deep understanding of the company, its customers, and the Dynamics 365 market. His promotion reflects both his contribution to the business to date and Columbus’ ambition to further strengthen its position in the UK.
As Vice President, David will work closely with colleagues across Columbus’ global Dynamics 365 organisation to accelerate growth, strengthen delivery capabilities and help customers realise greater business value from their technology investments, with AI increasingly becoming an integral part of that journey.
