Columbus in Norway is strengthening its Microsoft Dynamics 365 capabilities with 11 new colleagues across consulting, delivery, Power Platform and AI.
The first week of September marks an exciting milestone for Columbus in Norway, as 11 new colleagues join the company’s Microsoft Dynamics 365 team. Their arrival strengthens Columbus’ ability to support customers as demand for Dynamics 365, AI, and digital transformation continues to accelerate.
For Columbus, the growth is about much more than numbers.
"For us, this is more than growth and recruitment. It’s about building a professional environment that talented people genuinely want to be part of. A place where we bring out the best in each other, share our experience and together take on bigger and more complex challenges for our customers. The market for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and AI is growing rapidly. Technology itself isn’t the most important thing. It’s the people who know how to use it to create value and measurable results. That’s why I’m genuinely delighted to welcome 11 new colleagues to Columbus this week,” says Eivind Hagen, VP Dynamics 365, Norway.
The new team brings a broad range of experience and expertise to the team, spanning business consulting, service delivery, Power Platform, AI and Dynamics 365. Together, they add further depth to Columbus’ ability to help organisations turn technology investments into tangible business value.
As Dynamics 365 continues to evolve alongside AI and increasingly intelligent business applications, the need for strong technology expertise is matched by the need for people who understand the businesses, processes and challenges behind the technology.
With the new additions, Columbus continues to invest in the people and capabilities needed to help customers navigate that transformation, combining Microsoft technology with industry knowledge, consulting expertise and practical experience.
