Columbus is pleased to announce the appointment of Tristan Gwinnell as Director, Data & AI in the UK. As Columbus continues to expand and meet the demand of delivering exceptional value to customers across the UK, Tristan and the team will have focus on accelerating and driving delivery excellence.
Tristan brings extensive experience in scaling Data & AI businesses and driving commercial growth. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions including Regional Growth Manager at BJSS, Growth Advisor at Captive Chat, and Commercial Director at CODETQI. His proven ability to combine commercial strategy with technology expertise makes him a valuable addition to Columbus' Data & AI organisation.

We have been looking to strengthen our go-to-market capability and close more business, and it is vital for both Columbus and our business line to succeed in the UK market. Columbus strengthened its pipeline in the first quarter of 2026 despite the soft market situation, leaving the company well positioned for increased activity through the year. “The first quarter was characterised by a cautious start, but activity levels improved gradually throughout the quarter, and we strengthened both our pipeline and order intake with several larger project wins.
