A new partnership between Columbus and elevaite365 brings AI-powered test automation to help organisations accelerate innovation and reduce risk across Dynamics 365 environments.

Columbus, a global digital consultancy and Microsoft partner, today announced a strategic partnership with elevaite365, a Microsoft recommended Test Automation solution enhanced with AI. Together, the companies will support organisations improve software quality, reduce manual testing efforts, and confidently manage ongoing Dynamics 365 updates and transformations.

As Microsoft Dynamics 365 continues to evolve through regular feature releases and updates, organisations face increasing pressure to ensure business-critical processes remain stable and uninterrupted. By combining Columbus’ deep ERP expertise and industry knowledge with elevaite365’s intelligent test automation platform, customers will gain a more efficient and reliable approach to testing, upgrades, and ongoing system maintenance.

“Dependable software underpins all of what we do, and with Dynamics 365 evolving on a steady release cadence, testing must be an ongoing discipline rather than a one-time activity at launch”, says Viswanadh Moparthy, Director of Global Testing Services at Columbus. “Together with elevaite365, we are strengthening our ability to deliver consistent quality, reliability and efficiency for our Dynamics customers as they grow and adapt, and as we build a more future ready ecosystem.”

The partnership will enable Columbus customers to automate end-to-end testing across their Dynamics 365 applications, helping them identify issues earlier, reduce operational risk, and accelerate digital transformation initiatives. By leveraging AI-powered features, such as self-healing test scripts, organisations can reduce the time and cost of repetitive manual testing by up to 90%, freeing up time on tasks that drive value to the business.

We’re excited to partner with Columbus on a global scale, helping D365 customers around the world deploy updates more efficiently and confidently”, says Fredrik Eriksson, Global Head of Partnership & Business Development at elevaite365. “In a landscape where change is constant, maintaining control over business-critical processes becomes increasingly more complex. Our focus is on removing that burden with elevaite365 Test Automation, providing a continuous, intelligent assurance layer that enables organisations to adopt innovation at pace, without compromising the stability or reliability of their operations.”

The collaboration reflects both companies’ commitment to helping organisations maximize the value of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 investments through smarter, more proactive quality assurance practices.
