For the third consecutive year, Columbus has been named one of Sweden's most appreciated vendors in the Business Centric IT category in Radar's extensive Supplier Quality 2026 survey. This survey is the largest quantitative evaluation among Swedish IT decision makers, covering over 1,300 organisations. It measures delivered customer satisfaction and value, with a focus on quality and longterm value creation.

“Radar Supplier Quality 2026 shows that, despite ongoing uncertainty and a general decline in overall satisfaction, customers continue to prioritise vendors that consistently deliver core capabilities with high quality. This underscores the importance of strong, proactive partnerships and makes leading vendors even more sought after compared with the market average,” says Janko Lind, CEO of Radar.

Choosing the right provider is crucial to maximising value, reducing risk, and ensuring business critical functions in times of uncertainty and change. The most successful relationships are those built on collaboration, trust, and a shared understanding of business goals. Providers that can combine flexibility with expertise and long-term value will be the ones driving the market forward.

A Testament to Quality and Customer Value
The results from the Supplier Quality 2026 survey confirm Columbus's ability to deliver high-quality digital business solutions that create value for its customers' operations. Being ranked at the top in Business-Centric IT is a clear testament to the company’s strong focus on customer satisfaction and on understanding its customers' needs.

Beatrice Silow, Managing Director Columbus Sweden, proudly accepts the award and expresses her gratitude:

I want to thank our customers for their trust and fantastic collaborations. This success is the result of our employees' commitment, expertise, and our close cooperation with our customers. We always strive to create long-term value through innovative and flexible solutions that meet our customers' unique needs. Receiving this award for the third time strengthens our belief that strong partnerships and close collaboration are key to delivering long-term value.”
