Choosing the right provider is crucial to maximising value, reducing risk, and ensuring business-critical functions in times of uncertainty and change. The most successful relationships are those built on collaboration, trust, and a shared understanding of business goals. Providers that can combine flexibility with expertise and long-term value will be the ones driving the market forward.
– The results of the Radar Supplier Quality 2024 survey show that proactivity in relationships is increasingly valued during a period of tight budgets and economic uncertainty for buyers, says Hans Werner, CEO of Radar.
