STARK Group opens second 24/7 branch in Denmark
On 18 August 2014, STARK opened its doors to Denmark's first 24/7 builders’ merchant, and it has not been closed ever since. It is now more than eight years since STARK extended the opening hours of one of its branches in Copenhagen, thus becoming the first Danish builders’ merchant to open a 24/7 branch. Now the company is ready to repeat the success in Aalborg.
From today, craftsmen will have the opportunity to pick up building materials and tools around the clock in Aalborg and the surrounding area. The branch extends its opening hours from 6-5 pm on weekdays to be open 24/7. The business simply never closes. Being open around the clock should make it easier for craftsmen to build and meet deadlines on their construction projects.
Søren P. Olesen, CEO of STARK Group says,
“It is about increasing accessibility and service for our customers. One of the most important things for our professional tradespeople is to keep their project moving. By staying open 24/7, we provide flexibility and availability that helps them meet their deadlines.”
Since 2014, the 24/7 concept has been extended to Finland, where STARK Group has opened four 24/7 branches in Finland's biggest growth areas: Helsinki, Oulu, Tampere and Turku.
