STARK Group expands its presence in Denmark
STARK Group’s Danish business, STARK, is strengthening its presence and position in the southern part of Zealand. The company is opening the largest branch in the area, marking another investment around cities with significant growth. The branch was inaugurated by the city mayor in the presence of 500 guests.
The new branch in Næstved, spanning 10,500 square meters, will improve the service for tradespeople in the region by offering an extensive product range, a large department with rental machines for construction, efficient distribution of building materials, as well as expert advice.
With an extensive range and a large distribution centre, the branch is equipped to deliver 50,000 products within 24 hours to tradespeople and construction sites. This will significantly boost the efficiency and connectivity of STARK's business network and logistics solutions in and around the city.
Britta Korre Stenholt, CEO of STARK Danmark, says:
"We want to be close to where construction is happening, and Næstved is truly a city in growth! It should be easy and convenient for tradespeople in the area to purchase building materials from STARK, and now it is. We have received a fantastic welcome in the city, and it is a great pleasure to now open the doors and welcome everyone."
Designed with sustainability in mind, the new branch aims to achieve a low-emission classification and is striving for a DGNB Gold certification.
