Garia, den velkendte luksus golfvogn-producent udvider med en helt ny forretningsdivision, kaldet Garia Utility. Garia har gennem de seneste 10 år opbygget viden og erfaring indenfor design, udvikling og produktion af luksus golfvogne, og tager nu skridtet ind på et helt nyt marked - med en innovativ, ergonomisk og funktionel el-arbejdsbil.

Nyt marked, nyt produkt
Garia Utility el-arbejdsbilen er dansk udviklet og produceret, som alle øvrige Garia modeller – og derudover specielt designet til det Nordeuropæiske marked. El-arbejdsbilen er rettet mod kommuner og have/park sektoren, boligselskaber, forlystelsesparker, camping pladser og øvrige grønne områder samt intern transport i virksomheder.

Forretningsudvidelsen med Garia Utility betyder, at Garia kan udnytte eksisterende produktionsforhold endnu bedre, og samtidig skabe værdi og value-for-money, for både målgruppen og forhandlere på det nye marked.

Garia Utility har indtil nu udviklet 2 modeller, som følger:

- Garia Utility Park
Til lukkede områder, uden nummerplader.
Forventet fra-pris kr. 115.000,- + moms

- Garia Utility City
Kan indregistreres til gadebrug.
Forventet fra-pris kr. 139.000,- + moms

Garia Utility modellerne er udviklet og opbygget fuldt ud, som en sikker lille kvalitets-lastbil med moderne komfortudstyr, som f.eks. indbygget køleskab, termostatstyret oliefyr, varme i sæderne og radio med Bluetooth. Bilen leveres som standard med bly/syre batterier, men kan også fås med lithium batteri-pakke, udviklet i samarbejde med Samsung. Aktionsradius er mellem 40-100 km afhængig af batteritype. Topfart er 50 km/h.

Der er allerede stor interesse om Garia Utility fra hele Europa, USA og Mellemøsten. De første forhandleraftaler er netop underskrevet, der er dog stadig plads til mange flere.

Begge Garia Utility modeller vil indgå i produktionen i Viborg hos JP Group, sammen med Garia’s øvrige modeller. Garia Utility er netop blevet typegodkendt, og er dermed klar til produktionsstart, august 2015. Modellerne kan dog allerede nu forudbestilles.
