Produktionen af Garias fire forskellige modeller finder sted I tre store haller hos JP Group I Viborg, hvor bilerne samles af 25 medarbejdere. Komponenterne ankommer fra underleverand.rer over det meste af Europa. I f.rste hal samles det rullende chassis, det vil sige bilens ramme med motor osv. – alt det, der er generisk p. bilerne og ikke kundespecifikt.
Halvdelen af chassiserne sendes til Garias datterselskab i Houston, Texas, hvor 11 medarbejdere slutsamler ordrespecifikke biler til det amerikanske marked. Resten k.rer ind i hallen ved siden af I Viborg og bygges til kundespecifikke biler til EU og resten af verden.
Inden bilerne sendes af sted, testk.res og kvalitetsinspiceres de for at sikre, at kvaliteten er ensartet.”
