Conscia Group announces Conscia Ireland and Conscia UK

As part of our ongoing strategy to strengthen Conscia’s position as a trusted European leader in secure digital infrastructure, we are pleased to announce that our companies in Ireland and the UK will now operate under the Conscia name and brand.
Copenhagen, 1 October 2025 – As of today, PlanNet 21, Agile Networks, and eCom Solutions unite as Conscia Ireland, while ITGL and ISN come together as Conscia UK. This integration is a natural step in our ambition to deliver even greater value to our clients and partners across Europe, strengthening the Conscia brand.
Reflecting on the significance of this milestone, Erik Bertman, Group CEO of Conscia, states:
