Conscia appoints Group Chief Operating Officer to scale managed services across Europe

The appointment supports Conscia’s next phase of growth in managed services across cybersecurity, networking, cloud, and observability, as customers increasingly seek trusted partners to run secure, resilient and high-performing mission-critical IT environments.

Lars Kyhlstedt has served as Country Manager of Conscia Sweden for the past six year. He will be part of Group Executive Management team and report directly to CEO Erik Bertman. The appointment reflects Conscia’s strategic ambition to strengthen and scale its managed services across markets.

As Group COO, Lars Kyhlstedt will be responsible for Conscia’s managed services across the business units: Managed Cybersecurity, Managed Network, Managed Cloud and Managed Observability. While local markets will continue to own customer relationships.
