Columbus is proud to announce that it has achieved 2026–2027 Inner Circle status for Microsoft AI Business Solutions, placing Columbus among a select group of Microsoft’s strategic AI Business Solutions partners from across the globe.

The recognition reflects Columbus’ strong performance, commitment to customer success and continued focus on business excellence. It also marks another milestone in Columbus’ long-standing relationship with Microsoft: Columbus has held Microsoft Inner Circle status since the forum's inception more than 20 years ago.

“Achieving Microsoft Inner Circle status once again is something we are extremely proud of. The Inner Circle recognition demonstrates the strength and longevity of our relationship with Microsoft but above all it reflects the expertise of our people and the results we create together with our customers,” said Søren Krogh Knudsen, CEO Columbus.

Microsoft Inner Circle brings together a select group of strategic partners recognised for their performance and commitment to joint customers. As part of the 2026–2027 Inner Circle, Columbus will participate in a year-long executive engagement with Microsoft leaders across Engineering, Marketing, Sales and other functions, creating opportunities for strategic dialogue, knowledge sharing and closer alignment.

The recognition comes at a defining time for business technology. AI, Copilot and intelligent business applications are changing how organisations operate, make decisions and create value. Columbus works closely with Microsoft to help customers turn these capabilities into practical solutions and measurable business outcomes.

“Our Microsoft partnership has evolved continuously over more than two decades, and AI represents another major shift in what technology can do for our customers. Our role is to combine Microsoft innovation with deep industry, technology and business process expertise so our customers can turn that potential into real business value,” concludes Søren Krogh Knudsen.

Achieving 2026–2027 Inner Circle status reinforces Columbus’ position as a long-standing Microsoft partner and its commitment to helping customers realise the value of Microsoft technologies as AI becomes increasingly embedded across business processes and applications.
