Aeven appoints Anders Gustav Marcher as Chief Financial Officer

Anders Gustav Marcher joins Aeven from Vestas, bringing extensive international finance leadership experience from senior roles across a wide range of markets.

Aeven has appointed Anders Gustav Marcher as its new Chief Financial Officer. He will take up the position on 2 July 2026 and assume responsibility for Aeven’s finance function.
Anders joins Aeven from Vestas, where he has held a number of senior finance leadership positions over the past 11 years. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Regional CFO for South and East Europe, Central Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He previously served as Vice President and CFO for Vestas China.
Throughout his career, Anders has held financial leadership roles in large international organizations and worked closely with regional and global management teams across diverse markets. His experience spans financial planning, performance management, strategic decision-making and business transformation, with a consistent focus on connecting financial insight with commercial and operational priorities.

Supporting Aeven’s continued development
As CFO, Anders will lead Aeven’s finance function and help ensure that financial insight, planning and performance management support the company’s strategic priorities and continued development.
“I am excited to join Aeven at an important stage in the company’s development. My first priority will be to listen, learn and build a thorough understanding of the business and the people behind it. From there, I look forward to working with colleagues across Aeven to translate the strategy into clear priorities and actions, strengthen performance and support sustainable growth” says Anders Gustav Marcher.
Anders Gustav Marcher will relocate to Denmark from Madrid with his family at the end of June.
