Carsten Fensholt Appointed as New CEO in Aeven A/S

Aeven's COO Carsten Fensholt will take up the position as CEO as of today. The executive management now consists of CEO Carsten Fensholt and CFO Claus Dennig Jespersen.

The change is made at a point in time where Aeven begins a new chapter. Chairman of the board in Aeven, Rasmus Helmich, says:

"Aeven has established itself in a solid leading position in the Danish IT Infrastructure market, and I would like to thank Henrik Bodskov for successfully leading the company through its first years as an independent company and for fronting the impressive growth, we have experienced. Carsten Fensholt will bring into play his hands-on experience in digital infrastructure operations and his deep understanding of market dynamics to enable Aeven's success as the company enters the next phase of its ambitious journey."

Henrik Bodskov will continue as investor in Aeven and comments:

We've managed a complex carve out, built the foundation for the future, and succeeded in welcoming a number of new customers. Carsten Fensholt remains overall responsible for the operation as he transfers to the role of CEO. He says:
