9.9.2025 00:00:00 CEST | Aeven A/S | Press release
Bjarke Alling is the new CISO in Aeven with the overall responsibility for strengthening and further developing the company's work with security. With more than 25 years of experience in enterprise IT and cybersecurity, Bjarke comes with a strong combination of technical insight, strategic overview, and political understanding. At the same time, his hands-on approach supports Aeven's ambition to deliver proactive solutions for the benefit of both the company and its customers.

Aeven is strengthening its security efforts with the appointment of Bjarke Alling as the new Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). He will take over the overall responsibility for strengthening and developing the company's security work - both internally and in the delivery to customers.
As one of Denmark's leading suppliers of digital infrastructure, it is crucial for Aeven to continuously reinforce security and follow the development of the global threat landscape. Here, Bjarke will have a central role in ensuring that the company delivers secure operations and data infrastructure at the highest level. This is an important priority at a time when the need for cybersecurity is greater than ever.
For more than 25 years, Bjarke Alling has been a key player in the development of cyber security in Denmark. He has been chairman of the national cyber security council, advisor to Danish companies, as well as founder of several companies in the field of IT security.
"Bjarke has been cherry-picked as CISO because he combines technical knowledge with a practical approach. This ensures that we are proactive and that the solutions work in practice. His experience is crucial for Aeven to maintain and develop its role as a reliable partner for operating Denmark's digital infrastructure. I'm convinced that Bjarke will strengthen our work with security and at the same time spread the understanding of how increasingly important it is today," says Henrik Bodskov, CEO of Aeven.
As CISO, Bjarke Alling will focus on strengthening Aeven's internal security capabilities, protecting customers' data and systems, and developing proactive approaches to handle future security threats.
"With its Danish data centers and as an operator of many critical companies' IT infrastructure, Aeven plays a central role in delivering stable operations and secure solutions. I see it as both an extremely important task and a great privilege to contribute to strengthening this area. The world and the threat landscape are constantly changing, which is why it is crucial that we constantly develop our security measures while ensuring that everyone understands how important security is, even when it is not always visible. I look forward to taking on the tasks," says Bjarke Alling, new CISO at Aeven.
