Aeven and twoday enter strategic cooperation
26.6.2024 00:00:00 CEST | Aeven A/S | Press release
A new partnership between the digital infrastructure company Aeven and the IT and tech consulting company twoday will result in a close collaboration on the development of Danish and Nordic companies' future IT landscape.

Today, the two large Danish IT companies Aeven and twoday announce a new strategic collaboration, where the companies will work closely together on the IT solutions of the future.
According to both Aeven and twoday, the two companies complement each other, and therefore the goal of the new strategic partnership is for the companies to approach the market with a holistic setup adding value for customers' large IT projects.
Daniel Aunvig, COO at twoday in Denmark, says:
"We experience that more customers are looking for a strategic partner who can cover their entire digital transformation journey. The new partnership with Aeven gives us even stronger prerequisites for bidding on 360-degree IT projects - and thereby meeting our customers' wishes and requirements. We will be able to do this because Aeven is a leading expert in adaptive digital infrastructure, and at twoday we have competencies in application development, data, and AI. Therefore, we are also very happy about the new partnership."
The new partnership also arouse enthusiasm in Aeven. Henrik Bjørn Rasmussen, Commercial Director at Aeven, says:
"twoday is one of the largest IT and tech consulting companies in the Nordic region, and with them, we get a partner who has the right application development skills to complement our expertise in hybrid cloud consulting services as well as the implementation and operation of hybrid cloud infrastructure solutions. The goal of our new partnership is first and foremost to create added value for our current and future customers. Secondly, it is our wish to jointly bid on major digitalization projects in both Denmark and the Nordics in the future, because together we can uncover all the customers' digital needs."
Major infrastructure projects await on the horizon
Both Aeven and twoday currently have agreements with companies in regulated sectors such as the public, financial, and life science industries. Here, the objective for Aeven and twoday is to become an important player in the modernization of companies' IT infrastructure and systems across these sectors.
"twoday has a great deal of expertise in cloud security, AI development projects, business intelligence, and application development. We are convinced that together we are capable when our customers need to modernize their IT landscape," says Henrik Bjørn Rasmussen.
At twoday, they are confident that companies in regulated sectors will look towards cloud solutions in the future. Here, the new partnership between Aeven and twoday will benefit customers.
"The partnership with Aeven enables us to create even better conditions for helping our customers with their digital journey. We know that many companies gradually want to move their IT infrastructure from on-prem to a hybrid solution over the coming years. Here, Aeven's competencies and partnership with Microsoft will play a key role," explains Daniel Aunvig and adds:
"Since we became an independent company, we have been looking for a new supplier for our own IT infrastructure. We have chosen Aeven as they are leaders in this field. In addition to this, we know from our collaboration on infrastructure and security that Aeven is very competent, adaptable and reliable, and we are very confident in putting our infrastructure in their hands."
The partnership also includes Sentia, which earlier in 2024 became part of the Aeven Group.
