Stadium, one of the Nordic region’s largest sports retailers, has selected Infor CloudSuite Fashion and Infor Warehouse Management System (WMS) to modernize its ERP and warehouse operations. The choice marks a significant step in Stadium’s journey to build a single, scalable digital backbone that supports growth, resilience, and innovation across its retail and sourcing operations in the Nordics and Asia.

The partnership between Stadium and Infor was driven by several factors. Stadium valued Infor’s strong references in distribution-intensive retail environments and its deep industry fit within fashion and retail. The proven ability to deliver ERP and WMS as an integrated solution, combined with close collaboration between Infor and implementation partner Columbus, were key differentiators. Flexible and transparent pricing, along with a clear long-term partnership approach, further strengthened the decision.
“With this decision, we are building a modern, scalable platform that supports our growth ambitions while strengthening control and visibility across our supply chain” says Sophia Hemstad, CFO Stadium.
With more than 200 stores across Sweden, Finland, and Norway, Stadium operates in a complex, high-volume retail environment. As the business has grown, the need for a future-proof platform capable of replacing fragmented legacy systems and enabling real-time visibility, improved resilience, and faster decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain has increased.
To address these challenges, Stadium selected Infor CloudSuite Fashion together with Infor WMS, creating a modern and standardized platform designed specifically for the needs of fashion and retail.
Stadium has selected Columbus as its implementation partner to support its digital transformation journey. By working with Columbus, Stadium gains access to deep industry expertise, proven implementation capabilities, and a strong understanding of complex retail and supply chain environments.
“We look forward to start this new journey for Stadium in supporting them through the implementation of both Infor CloudSuite Fashion and Infor WMS”, says Tina Algkvist Sr VP Columbus M3.
By minimizing manual interventions, the platform supports both Nordic retail operations and international sourcing, while laying a strong foundation for future growth, sustainability initiatives, and continuous innovation.
Once fully implemented, the Infor platform will help Stadium seamlessly integrate ERP and warehouse management to support fast and accurate order fulfillment. It will increase visibility and control across the entire supply chain, improve efficiency and resilience throughout logistics and warehouse operations, and enable Stadium to scale confidently as one of the largest sports retailers in the Nordics. At the same time, the solution establishes a long-term digital foundation aligned with retail and fashion industry best practices.
“Stadium’s choice of Infor reflects a clear focus on long-term value, simplicity, and strong industry alignment within retail,” says Malte Ekedahl, SVP & GM Nordics at Infor.
