Columbus continues its growth journey in Sweden with three strategic hires, aimed at accelerating the development of its Data & AI business area and  People support function. By welcoming Susanna Salwén as the new People Director in Sweden, Anna Sandell as the new Head of Data & AI in Sweden, and Jens Noring as Sales Manager for Data & AI Sweden, Columbus reinforces its leadership in the digital transformation of Swedish industry and commerce.

Columbus continues its growth journey in Sweden with three strategic hires, aimed at accelerating the development of its Data & AI business area and  People support function. By welcoming Susanna Salwén as the new People Director in Sweden, Anna Sandell as the new Head of Data & AI in Sweden, and Jens Noring as Sales Manager for Data & AI Sweden, Columbus reinforces its leadership in the digital transformation of Swedish industry and commerce.

Susanna Salwén – People Director Sweden

Susanna Salwén takes on the role of People Director with the mission to develop and scale Columbus’ organisation and culture in line with growth. She joins from Kyndryl, where she led HR operations in Sweden. Susanna has extensive experience in the tech and consulting industries, with a focus on building strong teams and organisations, attracting talent, and leading change in rapidly growing companies.

“I’m truly excited to be part of shaping the next chapter in Columbus’ growth journey. There’s a clear drive, strong values, and a genuine ambition to build a workplace where people thrive, grow, and feel proud. My goal is to create the best conditions - together with the team - for both our employees and the company,” says Susanna Salwén, People Director.

Anna Sandell – Head of Data & AI Sweden

Anna Sandell steps into the role of Head of Data & AI Sweden. She brings extensive experience in the data & AI field, most recently holding a leadership role in data-driven business development at Sopra Steria. With a strong background in both technology and business strategy, Anna has led data-driven development and complex transformation projects for several companies. 

“There are so many exciting developments in data & AI right now, and Columbus has the strategies and capabilities to stay at the forefront. I look forward to leading a strong team and, together with our customers, creating real value through data-driven decisions and future-proof solutions,” says Anna Sandell, Head of Data & AI Sweden.

Jens Noring – Sales Manager for Data & AI Sweden

To meet growing customer demand and further develop the data & AI offering, Columbus has also recruited Jens Noring as the new Sales Manager for Data & AI Sweden. With 20 years of experience in sales in the tech and IT consulting sector, he’ll play a key role in driving growth and building long-term customer relationships in one of the most dynamic areas of the market.

All newly appointed leaders are based in Stockholm but will have responsibilities that span across Sweden.
