What projects have already been completed in Billund, and what lies ahead? Get the answers on April 30, 2024, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM, where Billund Municipality and a number of partners invite you to an urban development fair in Billund. The fair functions as an open house, so just show up when it suits you, but remember to register. And feel free to bring your children, as there will be entertainment for them.

Billund is undergoing rapid development. Since the adoption of the city vision, many construction projects have sprung up, and even more are on the way.
"The city vision sets a common direction for the development of Billund as a strong city, and the collaboration between Billund Municipality, the city's various actors, and builders makes the vision a reality. Thanks to our dynamic business community, Billund's development continues at a pace that few can keep up with. I look forward to opening the doors to the fair and focusing together on what has already happened in Billund and what lies ahead," says Stephanie Storbank, mayor of Billund Municipality.
The evening will feature brief presentations on selected projects supplemented with exhibition stands, where there will be an opportunity to ask questions to the participating actors and builders.
The chairman of Billund Municipality's Technical, Planning, and Cultural Committee is looking forward to the urban development fair.
"Billund Municipality is home to the Children's Capital. New businesses are coming in, and our dynamic business community, together with the many tourist attractions, creates an exciting city with many opportunities. I look forward to the fair, where, together with the many actors, we will focus on the ongoing projects that make Billund a great place to live and work," says committee chairman Simon Nicolajsen Jørgensen.
