STARK Group to acquire Treprodukter Øst AS in Norway

“We have been looking for the right fit to strengthen our Norwegian business unit for a while, and I’m pleased to announce that we have come to terms with Treprodukter Øst AS to acquire their business in Greater Oslo. With a history dating back to the 80s, Treprodukter Øst has solid experience within our industry, and we look forward to developing our Norwegian business further with Treprodukter Øst on board,” says Søren P. Olesen, CEO of STARK Group.
The acquisition will strengthen Neumann Bygg’s position in central Eastern Norway and enable them to provide an even better service to its customers.
The parties have chosen not to disclose the terms and price of the transaction.
