STARK Group expands in Sweden through the acquisition of Mälarträ AB

Mälarträ is a family-owned company with a facility of 14,400 sqm under one roof in a strong growth location. The branch has an assortment and design that is adapted to the professional craftsmen fitting directly into STARK Group’s strategy to serve the professional craftsmen. The acquisition also improves accessibility for the builders in the region.

With the acquisition of Mälarträ, Beijer Byggmaterial now has 83 branches from Trelleborg in the south to Kiruna in the north.
The parties have chosen not to disclose the terms and price of the transaction.
