STARK Group acquires Harzrohr Handelshaus GmbH

STARK Group, has through its subsidiary, STARK Deutschland, signed an agreement to acquire the civil engineering specialist Harzrohr Handelshaus GmbH that will operate under STARK Deutschlands brand Muffenrohr Tiefbauhandel. This acquisition will strengthen Muffenrohr’s network in the Harz region in Lower Saxony. With Harzrohr as a part of the Muffenrohr brand, STARK Deutschland will be able to provide an even better service to its customers.

With the acquisition, STARK Group continues its strategy to grow the company organically as well as through acquisitions and to build a strong business in specialist areas that expand the Group’s customer base.

With this acquisition, we increase our presence in an important region in Germany, ensuring that we can continue to accommodate the German builders in the best way possible,” says Søren P. Olesen, CEO of STARK Group.

The parties have chosen not to disclose the terms and price of the transaction.
