Copenhagen, 27 August 2026 – Conscia Group’s Board of Directors has appointed Lars Faeste as Group Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 September 2026. Lars Faeste brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in strategy, transformation and value creation, and joins from FTI Consulting. He succeeds Erik Bertman, who informed the Board of his decision to step down after five successful years as CEO of Conscia Group. Erik Bertman will continue to support Conscia as an advisor.

Conscia acquires PlanNet21 Group, a leading technology solutions and service provider in the Irish market. The acquisition marks Conscia’s entry into Ireland.

Increasing complexity, regulatory requirements, and cyber threats drive a strong demand for Splunk. Cisco’s acquisition of Splunk also means an increased interest in the platform among Cisco customers. With the acquisition of Siemify, Cisco expert Conscia ensures the ability to offer the highest expertise and partner level also on Splunk. Siemify has five employees with a total of 28 Splunk certifications and a significant network with Splunk competencies. Completion of the transaction is due during the second quarter of 2024, subject to approval from relevant authorities.

ITGL, a digital transformation provider and Cisco Gold Partner, has been acquired by Conscia, a European provider of mission-critical IT infrastructure within networking, cybersecurity, and cloud.

Conscia demonstrates record growth in its financial year 2022/23 with revenue growing 32% to DKK 4,300 million and operating income increasing by 24% to DKK 434 million. The revenue growth of the Danish-based European IT specialist within complex IT infrastructure and cybersecurity services is driven by strong organic growth and reflects a strong underlying business in all six geographical markets.

Conscia has been operating on the German market under the name xevIT – part of Conscia and from the new Conscia financial year starting October 1, 2023, xevIT GmbH will change its name to Conscia Deutschland GmbH.

The acquisition strengthens the core portfolio of Conscia’s products and services as well as IT consulting know-how and adds scale to accelerate growth in the German market. It is the second and third acquisition from Conscia Group this year.

Conscia, a leading provider of security and IT infrastructure solutions, acquires the Swedish consulting company Miradot, with an expected revenue this year of EUR 7.1 million (SEK 80 million).
