Carlsberg bliver Støttevirksomhed hos InterForce og bidrager dermed aktivt til Danmarks sikkerhed og robusthed. Gennem medlemskabet styrker Carlsberg det danske forsvar og beredskab ved at støtte medarbejdere, der er en del af Reservestyrken, de frivillige og reservister i Forsvaret, Hjemmeværnet, Beredskabsstyrelsen og Kystredningstjenesten. Lars Lehmann, EVP Central & Eastern Europe and India (CEEI), has decided to leave Carlsberg Group to take up a position outside the company. He will continue in his current position until the end of 2024 to ensure a smooth transition. Lars Lehmann has been with Carlsberg for 22 years in a range of executive positions and has been a member of ExCom since 2019. “Lars has been a valued member of the Carlsberg family, and we thank him for his strong contributions. We wish him the best of luck as he takes on this new endeavor,” says Jacob Aarup-Andersen, CEO of Carlsberg Group. Carlsberg has initiated the process of finding a successor, which will be announced in due course.

Carlsberg has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 33.33% shareholding in Carlsberg South Asia Pte. Ltd. (CSAPL) from our partner, CSAPL (Singapore) Holdings Pte. Ltd. CSAPL is the holding company for Carlsberg India Pte Ltd (CIPL) (100%) and the business in Nepal, through its shareholding in Gorkha Brewery Private Limited (GBPL) (currently 90%). In addition, as part of this transaction, CSAPL has entered into an agreement to acquire a further 9.94% of the shares in GBPL (the acquisition by Carlsberg of the remaining shares in CSAPL, and the acquisition by CSAPL of a further 9.94% of shares in GBPL, being the Proposed Transactions). Following completion of the Proposed Transactions, Carlsberg will own 100% of the existing business in India and, through CSAPL’s shareholding in GBPL, 99.94% of the existing business in Nepal. Esther Wu has been appointed new Chief Information Officer and member of the Executive Committee as of 3 June 2024. Susanne Skippari joins from KONE and will start at Carlsberg in the beginning of September 2024. “Susanne brings 25 years of experience in human resources, including in senior leadership positions. Målet er at få danskerne til at give feedback på smagen i de nye bryg og dermed være med til at bestemme, om de har en fremtid i Carlsbergs sortiment. When Carlsberg Group launched its Together Towards ZERO (TTZ) sustainability programme, the company was among the first to introduce science-based climate targets aligned with the 1.5°C target in the Paris Agreement on Climate Change. This year, Carlsberg has reached a milestone at which it concludes TTZ and evaluates its performance against the targets set in 2017, with the results published in its ESG Report 2022. The company has exceeded its targets towards a ZERO Carbon Footprint and ZERO Water Waste, delivering concrete results for the business and for society. Its new ESG programme, Together Towards ZERO and Beyond (TTZAB), will build on the strong progress made with new targets and actions towards 2030 and 2040.
