Valuer forms a strategic partnership with Institute of Technology Petronas to boost the innovation ecosystem in APAC

Valuer and Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) are entering a strategic partnership to create a new path for boosting industry collaboration between Asia Pacific and the global startup ecosystem using AI.

The overall aim of the collaboration is to explore the following areas:

• To jointly provide the Valuer product offerings on top of industrial consultancy services to corporations, government agencies, universities, research institutions, accelerators and venture funds across the Asia Pacific region.
• To jointly conduct research on the global startup ecosystem, studying its development and publishing insights for market consumption.
• To work with local ecosystems to further enrich the Valuer platform with new data on startups in the Asia Pacific region.

Professor Ir Dr Mohd Shahir Liew, Deputy Vice Chancellor Research, Innovation and Commercialisation of UTP said, “We recognise the difficulty in keeping up with the pace of technological change without any intervention of AI.
