Company Announcement 7, 2022 - Interim financial report H1 2022

Today the board of Astralis A/S approved the interim financial report for the statutory period January 1 to June 30, 2022.

• Total revenue for H1 2022 was DKK 44,9 million an increase of 14 % compared to the same period in 2021.
  
  
• EBITDA in H1 2022 were DKK -0,9 million an improvement of DKK 2,8 million and the result was DKK -6.3 million an improvement of DKK 6,4 million compared to the same period I 2021.

Astralis A/S maintains the financial guidance for 2022 with expected revenue between DKK 85 and DKK 90 million and an EBITDA between DKK 0 million and DKK 5 million.

- The result for first half 2022 confirms us in our business strategy and expectations to continued growth across all digital and physical business areas.

- On the team side alone, we have improved the result significantly especially around our Counter-Strike team, which over the 6-month period contributed with a positive EBITDA of 5 million DKK. This is an improvement of approximately 10 million DKK compared to same period in 2021.

- Only 3 years after establishing the company, we have a total of 80+ employees in Denmark and US, and I am extremely proud to see how our organization continuously delivers on our promises and how we constantly develop our business and revenue streams. The six-month result is satisfactory and confirms our full year target of a positive EBITDA between 0 and +5 million DKK.
