It is hereby announced that the following legal persons as of 6 May 2020 came into possession of a total of 5.08% of the share capital of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S:

Investment fund BankInvest Engros, Akk. Danske Aktier KL

Capital fund BankInvest Select, Small Cap Danske Aktier KL Investment fund BankInvest, Danske Aktier KL

Capital fund Investin Pro, Danske Aktier

The reason for this flagging is Per Aarsleff Holding A/S’s reduction of the share capital as of 5 May 2020.

As of 6 May 2020, the total holding of B shares was 1,035,342 shares corresponding to a nominal share capital of DKK 2,070,684 of a total share capital of DKK 40,770,000.

It is also announced that BI Asset Management Fondsmæglerselskab A/S is the asset manager of the legal persons and that BIAM, subject to agreement, is entitled to exercise the voting rights.

As of 6 May 2020, the holding of voting rights was 1,035,342 votes corresponding to 3.18% of the total number of voting rights of Per Aarsleff Holding A/S.
