Alternative Nobel Prize. Keller Rohrback’s client, The Republic of the Marshall Islands (RMI), and its Foreign Minister, Tony deBrum, have been awarded the honorary 2015 Right Livelihood Award. The award was given specifically “in recognition of their vision and courage to take legal action against the nuclear powers for failing to honor their disarmament obligations under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty .”

The Right Livelihood Award is presented annually in Stockholm at a ceremony in the Swedish Parliament. It was established in 1980 to honor and support those “offering practical and exemplary answers to the most urgent challenges facing us today,” and it has become widely known as the “Alternative Nobel Prize.”
Keller Rohrback represents the RMI in the Nuclear Zero Lawsuit, which asks the Court to order the U.S. to fulfill its legal obligation under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty to negotiate in good faith to cease the nuclear arms race, and for nuclear disarmament.

Phase 3 data from the STOP-HS program demonstrate povorcitinib’s substantial and durable clinical efficacy through Week 54 in patients with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). Through Week 54, clinically meaningful and durable responses were observed across all groups in both STOP-HS1 and STOP-HS2, with up to 71.4% of patients achieving HiSCR50. Improvements in clinical responses across high stringent thresholds were observed, with up to 57% of participants achieving HiSCR75 and up to 29% of participants achieving HiSCR100. Povorcitinib treatment led to consistent reductions across key inflammatory lesion types, with full resolution (ANdT=0) achieved in up to 20% of patients.
