Fluence, a leading provider of energy storage products and services and digital applications for renewables and storage, announced today that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) relating to a proposed initial public offering of its Class A common stock. Fluence Energy, Inc. has applied to list its Class A common stock on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the symbol “FLNC.” The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, Barclays Capital Inc., and BofA Securities will act as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, UBS Securities, LLC, Evercore Group L.L.C., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., and RBC Capital Markets, LLC will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
