STARK Group acquires Danish civil engineering specialist
Arnum Rør is a family-owned company that, from its base in Gram, has established itself as a strong specialist firm in the region.
Group CEO Søren P. Olesen says:

Arnum Rør is continuing as a specialist business in the STARK chain under its own name and with the current management and staff.
The parties have not disclosed the financial or legal details of the transaction.
