STARK Group acquires Danish civil engineering specialist

Arnum Rør is a family-owned company that, from its base in Gram, has established itself as a strong specialist firm in the region.
Group CEO Søren P. Olesen says:
“Arnum Rør is a well-run company with a strong foothold in the southern part of Denmark and many loyal customers. We’re proud to have the opportunity to run the company as part of the STARK family, where Arnum Rør adds to our specialist knowledge in civil engineering”.
Arnum Rør is continuing as a specialist business in the STARK chain under its own name and with the current management and staff.
The parties have not disclosed the financial or legal details of the transaction.
