The second Catalyst in collaboration with Ooredoo, entitled CEM/OSS for Hybrid Networks Predictive Analytics & Dynamic offer creation , looks to demonstrate an innovative analytics application to optimize and personalize offers for customers based on real-time predictive analysis of individual end-users.
