Murray Energy Corporation (“Murray Energy”) announced that it will host an investor conference call to discuss the first quarter 2019 financial and operating results on Thursday, May 16, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., Eastern Daylight Time. Access to the investor conference call will be limited to holders of: the Superpriority Secured Term Loan Facilities due 2022 (collectively “Superpriority Secured Term Loans”), dated June 29, 2018; the Secured Term Loan Facilities due 2020 (collectively “Senior Secured Term Loans”), dated April 16, 2015, as amended; the 12% Senior Secured Notes due 2024 (“1.5 Lien Senior Secured Notes”), dated June 29, 2018; the 11.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 (“Second Lien Senior Secured Notes”), dated April 16, 2015, as amended; the Revolving Credit Facility and FILO facility (collectively “Revolving Credit Facility”), dated December 5, 2013, as amended and restated as of June 29, 2018; and certain broker-dealers and securities analysts.
