EngageSmart, LLC (“EngageSmart”), a leading provider of vertically-tailored customer engagement software and integrated payments solutions, today announced it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the offering have not yet been determined. EngageSmart intends to list its common stock on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “ESMT.”
J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BofA Securities and Citigroup will act as lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Deutsche Bank Securities, Raymond James, Truist Securities, and William Blair will act as book-runners for the proposed offering.
