Adams Street Partners, LLC, a private markets investment management firm with more than $52 billion of assets under management, announced today it has successfully completed fundraising for its Co-Investment Fund V, closing the oversubscribed program with more than $1.3 billion of committed capital.
Adams Street’s Co-Investment Fund V (“Fund V”) program saw high demand globally, exceeding original targets and showing a strong representation from existing and new investors. The successful close of Fund V raises total Co-Investment strategy assets to $4.2 billion. Fund V expects to target approximately 50 investments with industry-leading general partners (“GPs”) globally.
