Hansen and Fortum first partnered together in 2009, putting in place a CIS system for the Norwegian market before gradually expanding the partnership to encompass Finland. Hansen will provide expanded coverage for Fortum with a state-of-the-art solution that will help the company achieve its goal of being at the forefront in providing customer excellence and an engaging digital experience.
