“Daniel Potok joined our Group as CSO and member of the Executive Committee in late 2016. He has been instrumental in the strategic and financial turnaround of STARK Group, which has placed our Group on a solid growth trajectory under private equity firm Lonestar (2018-21) and today, private equity firm CVC.”

“We are grateful for Daniel Potok’s significant contributions to STARK Group and understand his wish to explore a new career path after six years with our Group. Daniel Potok will continue working for STARK Group on selected transformative projects until the year-end of 2022. He will hand over the position as Group CSO and member of STARK Group’s Executive Committee to Matias Lönneker as of 1 September 2022.

STARK Group’s strategy and M&A efforts have, until now, resided under the Group CSO role. That holds for Strategy and the Group Strategy team, while the responsibility for M&A and the Group M&A team will transfer to Group CFO Sisse Fjelsted Rasmussen.
