- Joseph Kosuth is one of today's most important international artists. Welcoming Kosuth to Norway is a great honor and event, says gallery owner Kim Brandstrup of Galleri Brandstrup.

"A Monument of Mines" connects the modern architectural expression of the Krona Cultural and Educational Centre together with Kongsberg's history. The installation is integrated in the walls of the atrium common area and consists of a total of 136 neon works with the names of all the silver mines that once were in Kongsberg, along with the year for each of their closure; a tribute to the mines and the city's history.

- This national attraction becomes the most important international public commission work in Norway since Pablo Picasso's mural on the government building, says gallery owner Kim Brandstrup.

The exhibition "A Zoology of Thinking" at Galleri Brandstrup consists of 47 works from 12 different series produced between 1965 and 2015.
