Ventiv Technology, the leading provider of advanced analytics for risk, claims and underwriting solutions, today announced the appointment of Jonathan Nichols as Global Head of Customer Success.
Nichols brings with him over twenty years of experience focused on delivering a world-class, end-to-end, customer experience. Prior to joining Ventiv, Nichols was most recently Chief Operating Officer for an Insurtech software firm, Origami Risk, where he led a professional services team resulting in strong organic growth, outstanding client retention, and national recognition for creating a work environment recognized as one of the “Best Places to Work.” Nichols prior experience also includes leading product management, information technology, and cybersecurity functions.
Nichols appointment to the Ventiv executive leadership team is another strategic move to accelerate the company’s leadership position as the vendor of choice for risk management information systems (RMIS), and Claims Administration, Policy Administration, and Billing solutions.
