H.I.G. Realty Recapitalizes 20 Carlton House Terrace in St. James, London

H.I.G. Capital, LLC ("H.I.G."), a leading global alternative investment firm with over $45 billion of equity capital under management, announced today that an affiliate has provided financing for the redevelopment of 20 Carlton House Terrace, an office building totalling approximately 160,000 square feet in the core office market of St. James’s in London.
