TrafficStars.com takes IP geotargeting to a new level with Digital Element’s location-based technology, NetAcuity Pulse
Digital Element , the leading provider of IP geolocation technology, today announced that global ad network, TrafficStars .com, has deployed its NetAcuity Pulse™ hyperlocal IP geolocation technology, to improve location based ad targeting.
TrafficStars is a self-serve proprietary ad network providing technical and marketing solutions to advertisers and publishers worldwide. The use of Digital Element’s IP geolocation solution, which includes mobile carrier data, will empower the company to accurately determine a user’s location whether they are browsing on desktop or mobile devices. The inclusion of mobile carrier data allows TrafficStars to offer campaigns targeted to specific mobile carriers, which can be used, for example, to deploy loyalty campaigns or to promote apps that are carrier specific.
Deploying NetAcuity Pulse™ increases reach, accuracy and targeting ability within postcodes, globally, by harnessing new insights derived from combining wifi connected mobile traffic and internet infrastructure analysis. This provides Trafficstars with unrivalled IP-based geographic targeting precision for online advertising across multiple devices, reducing wasted impressions and increasing ROI for its clients.
