Diageo Denmark A/S appoints Eray Cayirli as new CEO
Diageo Denmark A/S announces the appointment of Eray Cayirli as CEO of the company, effective on 1st of March 2022. Eray will also join the Board of Directors.
Eray succeeds Thea Hammerskov, who has served as CEO since December 2020. Thea will remain on the Board of Directors.
Eray joined Diageo 1st of October 2021 as Commercial Director for the Nordic countries. Eray was previously at Reckitt, the global consumer goods company, where he performed various roles, latterly as Global Director, Pharmacy and Drugs.
Eray was born in Turkey, lived in the UK for two years, and has recently moved to Copenhagen.

En hidtil uset bred kreds af organisationer opfordrer nu Folketingets partier til at indføre en ensartet 18-årsgrænse for salg af alkohol. Formålet er at tage et afgørende skridt mod at ska-be en fornyet, tryggere og sundere alkoholkultur blandt unge i Danmark.
