Andersen Global etablerer et fodfæste i Hongkong, Kina, gennem en samarbejdsaftale med advokatfirmaet Kwok Yih & Chan (KYC) og tilføjer dækning på et af de vigtigste markeder i regionen.
Firmaet blev grundlagt i 1994 som et advokatfirma med speciale i erhvervs- og kapitalmarkeder under navnet Kwok & Yih og blev relanceret i 2014 som KYC af advokater med erfaring fra internationale firmaer. Firmaet opererer i øjeblikket med ni partnere og mere end 25 eksperter og har ekspertise inden for en lang række områder, herunder fusioner og opkøb, kapitalmarkeder, virksomheds- og handelsret, lovgivningsmæssige undersøgelser og compliance, tvistbilæggelse og kinesisk lovgivning og investering.
