Babylon Holdings Limited (NYSE:BBLN) (“Babylon”) notes the movement in its share price on April 22, 2022, with over 45x the average daily trading volume seen since its NYSE listing on October 22, 2021, concurrent with the expiry of Babylon’s 6-month lock-up of approximately 230,000,000 shares following its listing.

As previously announced, Babylon plans to hold its Q1 2022 earnings call on May 12, 2022.
