The new carbon fiber framed torque wrenches are available in two options – wired and wireless for even more flexibility. The rugged construction survives a 4’ drop to concrete. Due to the individual ident numbers you can schedule your calibrations after a specific number of measurements cycles and not only after a specific time. Therefore, it is also easy to trace each measurement and assign to a specific measuring device. With the combination of CAQ software QDA from ASI DATAMYTE you are able to do a lot different evaluations – also works with other quality data from external systems. Two red and green LED’s provide immediate operator feedback. As ideal pairing to the new torque wrenches is the 600 Data Collector from ASI DATAMYTE. You can easily download your inspection plans and the graphic display visually demonstrates workflows and explanations to avoid operator error.
