NTT DATA EMEA Ltd, a leading global IT services provider, and Nefos AG announced today that they have concluded NTT DATA’s acquisition of Nefos, one of the leading Salesforce consulting partners in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
The acquisition of Nefos reinforces NTT DATA’s leadership position in Customer Management/Customer Experience (CRM/CX) solutions, key elements of both digital business and digital transformation solutions.
