Simplifies Ad Placement Across Digital Publications, Formats and Episodic Content
SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwired - September 14, 2016) - WideOrbit has introduced a new booking calendar in its WO Digital Hub digital order management system. The drag-and-drop graphical interface enables publishers to easily place, manage and invoice advertising sold into multiple digital properties.
By presenting inventory and booking status in a graphical format, the WO Digital Hub booking calendar simplifies the process of managing ad placements across numerous media and formats, including web sites and episodic content like podcasts and print publications. The booking calendar lets users easily set ad placements and sponsorships by dragging-and-dropping reservations and bookings within a property, as well as from one edition to another.
"The launch of the WO Digital Hub booking calendar is consistent with our mission to make it easy to buy and sell advertising regardless of media type or ad format," said Lars Jiborn, General Manager, WO Digital Hub at WideOrbit. "Our booking calendar is built to use the fluid requirements of digital publishing as a springboard for developing solutions that also fulfill the needs of media companies whose heritage is in episodic content like magazines."
The booking calendar is included in the platform and available immediately to new and current WO Digital Hub customers.
WO Digital Hub and its new booking calendar will be demonstrated at major upcoming technology trade shows, including dmexco (September 14-16 in Cologne, Germany) and Folio: Show (November 1-2 in New York City).
