De fire nye telefoner – den helt nye Ascom d43 telefon og tre nye varianter af Ascom d63 telefonen – tilbyder lyd på et helt nyt niveau. Med en båndbredde på 50Hz-7.000KHz leveres lyden i Hi-Fi kvalitet, hvilket er enestående for denne type telefon. Telefonerne anvender desuden Ascom Unite software, som gør det muligt at administrere enhederne centralt og gennemføre opdateringer “over-the-air“.

-Med de nye telefoner understreger vi to ting. For det første demonstrerer de Ascoms commitment til DECT standarden for sikker, stabil og pålidelig kommunikation, og for det andet cementerer de vores stærke fokus på sundhedssektoren. Den nye d63 telefon kommer således i en særlig hvid variant, som er specielt designet til sundhedssektoren. Sammen med Ascom Myco smartphonen indgår denne udgave af d63 telefonen i vores linje af produkter, løsninger og services målrettet hospitaler, sygeplejersker, læger og andet fagpersonale i sundhedssektoren, siger Roel Ottink, Director of Product Management and Marketing for Ascom’s Mobility Business.
Alle de nye telefoner understøtter krypteret kommunikation og følger den europæiske EN300 44 standard (feature N35) fra European Telecommunications Standards Institutes.
